(1) The office will prepare a list of investable projects as per Section 9 of the Act and submit a recommendation to the Board for approval.
(2) From among the list recommended as per sub-rule (1), the board will select competitive or priority areas and approve such projects.
(3) If the project is selected as a competitive area according to sub-rule (1), investment will be allowed to the project selected through competition according to this paragraph.
(4) The list of approved projects according to sub-rule (2) will be published by the office on the website of the board and also published in national level newspapers.
